Pokroić na mniejsze kawałkim. Można też odkrawać kawałki - plastry z całego jabłka - ja wolę tę opcję. Włożyć do szerokiego garnka lub na głęboką patelnię. </span></p><p><span style="font-size: medium;">Dodać cukier i cynamon i smażyć przez ok. 20 minut co chwilę mieszając, aż jabłka zmiękną i zaczną się rozpadać. <br />Uwaga: w zależności od słodkości jabłek, mozna dodać mniej cukru by szarlotka nie była za słodka.</span></p><p><span style="font-size: medium;">CIASTO</span></p><p><span style="font-size: medium;">Do mąki dodać pokrojone w kostkę zimne masło, proszek do pieczenia, cukier i cukier wanilinowy.</span></p><p><span style="font-size: medium;">Składniki połączyć w jednolite ciasto (mikserem lub ręcznie), pod koniec dodać jajko (ciasto będzie dość miękkie).</span></p><p><span style="font-size: medium;">Podzielić je na pół i włożyć obie połówki do zamrażarki na ok. 15 minut.</span></p><p><span style="font-size: medium;">PIECZENIE</span></p><p><span style="font-size: medium;">Piekarnik nagrzać do 180 st C. </span></p><p><span style="font-size: medium;">Wyjąć jedną połówkę ciasta z zamrażarki, pokroić nożem na plasterki i wylepić nimi spód formy. Wymieszać i pozostawić na jakiś czas. Następnie usmażyć mięso (już nie dodajemy oliwy), w miarę potrzeby podlewami odrobiną wody.<br /></span></div>

Te ciasteczka powstały z ciasta pierogowego. Zostało trochę ciasta z robienia pierogów, więc powstały Arturki (bo właśnie Artur je polubił).<br />
Dla pewności napiszę: ciasto robimy z mąki, szczypty soli, jajka i wody. można dodać troszkę masła.<br />
Na rozwałkowane ciasto wsypujemy dużo cukru (jak na zdjęciu) wwałkowujemy cukier w ciasto. Ostrożnie składamy ciasto na pół. Wałkujemy jeszcze raz aż placek z cukrem w środku ma odpowienią grubość: 3-4 mm.<br />
Smażymy na oleju, po usmażeniu posypujemy cukrem.<br />
